TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions generally apply to all hotel guests and agencies with whom no written service agreement has been agreed.
Booking of a room or rooms can be arranged by phone, e-mail, Facebook and other partners who arrange accommodation. The services can be ordered through the official website of the Hotel at www.statek-samsara.cz
filling in the on-line booking form.
The reservation is considered valid and binding if the Hotel confirms the reservation in writing to the Guest. Individual conditions may be specified.
If the Hotel or Guest fails to comply with the conditions set out in point 3, the Hotel may not provide accommodation.
The hotel reserves the right to change the conditions for bookings during the period of increased prices, which are listed on the official website in the Pricelist section. In case of reservation on the dates of increased prices Guest agrees with these conditions.
The information on the booking confirmation is binding for both the Hotel and the Guest.

Price is per room per night including breakfast, unless otherwise agreed.
The price includes VAT of 15%, city and spa tax. These fees are required by law.
Cancellation of the reservation free of charge in the period of standard prices is possible up to 3 days before the arrival date. If the guest cancels the reservation later or does not arrive at all, one night will be charged based on the number of rooms booked.
If the Guest cancels their reservation later or does not arrive at all, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of rooms and nights booked.
Payment by bank transfer is possible only with the consent of the Hotel.
Accommodation can be paid in cash, we accept currency CZK and EUR. Or credit / debit card, which will be charged in CZK. It is also possible to pay e-meal vouchers (Benefit-Plus) and Flexi-pass vouchers.
Pursuant to the Act on Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online, and in case of technical failure within 48 hours at the latest.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the Guest Card up to the total amount of accommodation.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
The guest has the right to use the reserved rooms and their equipment, as well as the common areas – more in the Accommodation Rules.
The Guest uses the Hotel’s facilities and facilities with respect to normal wear and tear and any damage that may have occurred
The guest caused is obliged to pay immediately.
The guest is obliged to complain about any defects and possible deficiencies in time so that remedy can be remedied.
The guest is obliged to pay the costs related to the use of the Hotel services, including additional services, at the latest on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
The Guest may withdraw from the contract based on the cancellation conditions or if the Hotel has not provided the Guest with the agreed standard services corresponding to the hotel standard.
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the hotel. In case of breach is charged 3 000 CZK / room.
Accommodation with a dog up to 5 kg – a refundable deposit of 2.000, – and the price for a dog is 200, – / night.

The Hotel is obliged to arrange accommodation for the Guest on the basis of agreed services that correspond to the standard of the Hotel.
In the event that the Hotel cannot accommodate the Guest on the basis of a pre-made and confirmed reservation, the Hotel is obliged to provide the Guest with adequate accommodation in another facility.

These conditions are valid from 1.1.2019 and the hotel reserves the right to change them and the Guest is obliged to follow these current conditions.
The Hotel only collects Host’s personal information for the time necessary to complete the agreed services and does not provide this information to others. Everything is governed by EU GDPR legislation.
